It has been almost 2 years since i blog on food, epecially since we moved into a smaller apartment with an open style kitchen....i got really lazy. However i know this should not be the excuse.

Today we had katsu sandwich, it basically means meat coated with bread crumb serve with sandwiches. It is a common meal that Japanese have, especially with the kids. Japanese's mothers will make their children bento (lunch boxes) for school. It often looks more attractive and appealing to the one we had (above).
